Dr. Borja Salvador is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Barraquer Eye Hospital UAE. He carries with him over 17 years of experience in Ophthalmology care.
Dr. Borja has been awarded from some of the most prestigious entities around the world and has been recognized for his multiple research papers that are published in various peer-reviewed Ophthalmology journals. Dr. Borja did his Residency training in Barraquer Ophthalmology center in Barcelona between 2005 and 2009 and re-joined in 2016 as a Consultant after completing his fellowship training in the United States of America and United Kingdom. In Barraquer (Barcelona) he was also the Academic Director of the Anterior Segment Master’s program between 2018 and 2020. Dr. Borja carries with him a vast pool of knowledge for treating over 40 different conditions in Ophthalmology, specializing in anterior segment, cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery.
