What can you do?
Thanks to your contribution we can improve the eye health of individuals in a vulnerable situation. The donations received all go towards funding surgery, hospital stays, lenses, medication and all the expenses arising from the ophthalmic help that we provide to our patients at the Barraquer Ophthalmology Centre.
You can contribute to the Barraquer Foundation’s work by providing whatever you deem most appropriate:
- Become a member: join our efforts and help us to continue offering help free of charge and to support the development of ophthalmology.
- Donations: make a one-off donation to cover the specific needs of the Foundation's patients, like medication, operations or hospital admissions.
- Volunteering: if you'd like to give of your time, either by taking part in medical expeditions or participating in eye check-ups on vulnerable groups in different social enterprises in Barcelona city and province, then write to us at fundacion@barraquer.com and we’ll get in contact with you.
