Dr. Halima Berrada is the new chief resident at Barraquer

The new chief resident for the next Resident (MIR) training (2022-2023) is Dr. Halima Berrada a 4th year resident in internal medicine at the Barraquer Ophthalmology Centre. Dr. Berrada takes over from Dr. Álix de Faria, who we would like to thank for his work over the last year.

Dr. Berrada has already started to organise the tasks pertaining to her role alongside the rest of the teaching department, to optimise the theoretical and face-to-face activities for the Centre’s Residents. 

We would also like to extend a warm welcome to the new Residents who have joined the centre and will be with us for the next four years to complete their training as specialists in ophthalmology.
