Corporate Events of Barraquer Institute

On Tuesday, May 21st, 2024, the annual corporate meetings of Barraquer Institute were held. The 2023 reports of several key entities within our institution were presented: the Joint Commission of the Barraquer University Institute, the "Joaquim Barraquer" Research Chair, the Governing Board and the General Assembly of the Barraquer Institute itself.

Recognition of Achievements and Commitments

During these meetings, the advances in academic excellence and innovation in this field were presented, as well as the achievements made in the area of ​​ophthalmological research.

The reports presented reflect the great work and commitment of our teaching team,  Barraquer Institute staff and researchers, and highlight the will to continue working to maintain the quality standards of the different training programs.

Barraquer Institute is a non-profit scientific association that offers specialized training programs in ophthalmology. Our students benefit from a quality education taught by experts in the field, preparing them to become highly skilled professionals committed to excellence in eye care.

In addition, the "Joaquin Barraquer" Research Chair is a fundamental pillar in our involvement with ophthalmological research. Through this chair, we collaborate with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to boost scientific research and promote the development of new treatments and technologies in ophthalmology.
